The location of the hostel is great! Very close to a lot of tourist attractions, bus or subway stops and shops. They have free breakfast every morning. There's not too much to choose from (mostly bagel, cereal, toast or oatmeal) but it's still nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.

there is a lot of space. very comfy common area and kitchen on every floor. super nice, young people with lots of activities. there is a sense of community here which is priceless if you're traveling alone. also free breakfast. I tried other hostels in Chicago and this one is really the only "home away from home" I found.

This Hostel delivered! I’m very impressed. From When I arrived late at night, the front guest staff were so kind. The bed was so comfy. The space adequate enough. The bathrooms also had all the needed toiletries already. It has Avery retro but yet classy design in the hotel too. I didn’t even know there was free breakfast until I was told by the staff. Location wise - it is good especially if you are needing to catch a train in Union Station. Great price for value. Very safe too!
