This villa has been recently remodeled and features an all-new kitchen, with custom cabinets, recessed lighting, granite counter tops and new stainless-steel appliances! This villa was recently also updated with all new furnishings, décor, carpet and paint! The oversize lanai features a dining table, chairs and chaise lounges. Both the living room area and master bedroom open to the lanai, creating wonderful natural light and allowing ocean breezes to flow throughout the home. If you prefer chilled air to ocean breezes, this house features central air conditioning.

Additional Description: The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room. For additional seating, there is a dining table for four plus counter bar seating. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, en suite remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower that features tall glass doors. Bedroom also opens to the spacious lanai. The villa comes equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. In addition, we provide natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion and more. The Kapalua Golf Villas offer multiple pools for you and your party to enjoy. Enjoy our four family-friendly pools (A, B, C, & D). Whether you prefer splashing in the refreshing water or lounging by the poolside, everyone is welcome to join in the fun! This way all are welcome to have fun in the sun whether that means playing in the cool water or relaxing by the poolside! Kapalua Golf Villas are located in close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! Enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and world-class golf courses just steps from the home. This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas.
