AustriaHad a problem with our sir conditioner the last day/night. The in-house maintenance man was fully trained in HVAC repair. Spent an hour fixing it, but the unit failed a few hours later. The next day the manager personally apologized and refunded us one night’s stay plus our resort fee…A very equitable reimbursement. He and his staff did allthey could given the situation. I left feeling very satisfied. I commend all who were involved. We look forward to returning with our entire family and recommending the resort to our friends.
