2 bed 1 bath condo in a small association located near Main Street, just 1 mile south of the interstate in the heart of Daphne. Unit has very private larger screened porch. This unit is walkable to most of lifes Necessities: Grocery (Publix, Fresh Market) Banks, Restaurants (20+), Dry cleaners, Movie Theatre, Coffee (Starbucks, Dunkin and locals too!). 10 minute drive to Fairhope; 15 Minutes to Mobile; 35 Minutes to Pensacola and 40 minutes to the white sandy Beaches of Gulf Shores!
