Growing up in Fort Walton Beach allowed for a unique life of surfing, fishing, and racing sailboats. Our renovation of this space into a "sail loft" theme comes from the passion for sailing and relics from many years of racing. Our central location is 5-8 minutes from the beach by car, and there are ample restaurants, bars, shopping, disc golf, jogging trails, playgrounds and more within walking distance of the loft. A public boat ramp and waterfront park is 3 minutes away.

I am easily accessible via the Airbnb app and I also provide my cell phone to text me during your stay. My real estate office is also in this complex, so I am available onsite during the week much of the time.

Ferry Park Neighborhood is the best in town due to Ferry Park with it's tennis courts, ball fields, disc golf, walking/jogging trails, etc and the Bud Day Trail to the park starts behind our loft. One block over also has all the commercial conveniences such as Starbucks, Five Guys, Grocery Store, Buffalo Wild Wings, and many local options for sushi, Mexican and Italian restaurants... ALL within walking distance. There are also boat ramps nearby and it is an easy 3-5minute ride to the beach! There is also PUBLIC TRANSIT available within walking distance to get to the beach! This is an area that is easy to golf cart around. Contact us to help you arrange a golf cart rental if desired. We are within walking distance to Uptown Station, which has Starbucks, Five Guys, Ross, West Marine, Winn-Dixie, Buffalo Wildwings, Clemenza's Italtion and more. Also within a block of the loft is the Rad Bar, which has classic arcade games that can all be played for a set entry price. We also have Ivy and Ale, which is an incredibly unique local beer and wine bar and restaurant with a menu that changes daily.
