Welcome to our newly renovated 4 bed/3.5 bath half duplex on French Street in the heart of Breckenridge! The home is LEED certified and beautifully decorated! You'll be a quick walk from the gondola and some of the best restaurants and bars in Breck. It's very rare to find a place this close to the gondola (5 minute walk) that includes 2 private parking spaces! The home is ideal for large groups of friends and family and is spacious enough to accommodate 12 guests. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
