The hot tub in the backyard is out of order and it's not part of this listing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except for few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The backyard is available for your exclusive use. Other things to note CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit (500 USD Dollars) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of 500 USD Dollars. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of 200 USD Dollars per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 25 USD Dollars per person, per night.
