I live in South Charlotte (about 30 minutes from this house) with my wife, 3 kids and our beagle dog. We love living in Charlotte, North Carolina and all the state has to offer. I live about 30 minutes away in Charlotte, but am available via the app, text or phone. Feel free to reach out with any questions during your stay.

Property information

Located in the Historic District of Downtown Monroe just 1/4 mile from Main Street our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and mid-century charm. Built in the 1940's it has just undergone a complete renovation being torn down to the studs and totally rebuilt. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that separates them, a jack and jill style setup. The spacious family room features a plush leather couch and two chairs, an electric fireplace and a 55" HDTV setup to stream your favorite platforms. There is also a dedicated workspace. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and a table for 4. It's fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, baking sheets and more for those who want to cook. Our huge firepit, complete with string lights, provides the perfect spot for a cozy night in or for gathering with friends and family. The property is fenced in on three sides, ensuring privacy and security during your stay.

Neighbourhood information

This has was built in the 1940's and recently torn down to the studs and rebuilt. It sits on a great corner lot with a large backyard and lots of privacy. It's in a developing section of Downtown Historic Monroe, you'll notice that some properties are in varying stages of development but its a safe area and close proximity to downtown.
