Newly remodeled with luxury vinyl floors, new paint, new furniture, and new décor that exudes luxury and comfort. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. THE SPACE The living area has a light and bright open floor plan that flows from the living room to the dining room, and the kitchen. The living area has comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a 65” smart TV. The dining area has seating for six and a small desk. The Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal. Small kitchen appliances include: Rice cooker, waffle maker, tea kettle, both pour through and Keurig coffee machines, omelet maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and an expresso maker. Off the kitchen there is a powder room. BED & BATH The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, and hybrid mattress. The master bathroom has double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with new hybrid mattresses. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have high top quality linens, ceiling fans and 55' smart TV's. OTHER FEATURES - No Check In line. Our guests go directly to their condo and enter their unique door code - Air conditioned throughout - Free WiFi. lightning speed and secure - Smart TVs. Free premium TV package with 250 channels Disney and HBO - Keurig and Pour Thru coffee makers - Free secured parking in front of townhouse - Access to all the resort amenities - Laundry in unit with full-size washer and dryer - Fully equipped kitchen - Pack n play crib and high chair. Crib available upon request for a night fee. - Linens, towels, pool towels, and hairdryers

Location Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the resort is a Lake Cay Commons, which has a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Dunkin Doughnuts, liquor store and several casual restaurants. Our Management team is based on site and always available before and during your stay to answer any questions or concerns. We look forward to hosting your stay!
