Every one of the three bedrooms in this newly remodeled home has a queen-sized bed, as well as a desk and extra monitor for business travelers. Excellent, private internet is part of the package. There is plenty of space in each bedroom, and the attention to detail in the décor and the comfort of the linens will ensure that you have a comfortable stay. There are two bathrooms. The kitchen has the appliances you’ll need during your stay. The living room-dining room have a smart TV and the dining-room table seats 4. For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this. Must be 25 or older to book. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8am. Guests may be asked to keep noise levels down, especially if there are nearby neighbors. No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of USD 1000. Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside or outside the house is prohibited. A fine of USD 500 will be charged for any violation of this rule. Pet friendly: Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will asked to vacate the property without any refund. No pets on furniture. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. There will be an additional charge of USD 25 per night for each extra guest. All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure. If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to pick up after your pet each time. We do have a USD 500 fine for having to remove droppings from the yard during or after your stay. Please return the keys back to the lock box. There will be a USD 50 fee for missing keys.
