We are Jon and Tara, and as the owners of Suncation Escapes, a boutique vacation rental company specializing in short-term rentals, and we are excited to offer our rental homes and services. While we have always been entrepreneurs, Suncation Escapes was created out of our love of travel and exploring the world. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with excellent service, and everything needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. We are available when needed between the hours of 7:00AM to 10:00PM, however we will not inundate our guests with messages. We prefer to let our guests enjoy their time. Guests can message us through the Airbnb app. We are available from 7:00AM to 10:00PM daily.

Staying in our home allows you to experience life like a local, immersing yourself in the community and culture of Phoenix. You can explore the city at your own pace, without restrictions. We offer all the comforts of home, including fully-equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, and private bedrooms along with wonderful amenities such as a private backyard oasis complete with a heated diving pool, spa, your very own 5-hole putting green, fruit trees, a fully-equipped BBQ grill and so much more. ✹ We highly recommend guests buy travelers’ insurance to protect in case of unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, there is a 100 dollar fee for all cancellations, regardless of when the booking is cancelled. ✹ We do not accept third-party bookings for instant booking. Please contact the host for corporate or work bookings, or longer stays. Longer stays may be accommodated, however, a new booking must be scheduled, and a new rental agreement must be signed for each 30-day period. ✹ The booking guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement and upload a copy of their driver’s license or government-issued ID upon completion of the booking. A link will be provided for you to upload your ID. A Security Deposit hold of 500 dollars is required for all bookings. To be scheduled during booking process. ✹ Please note that our pool is private, therefore there are no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is undertaken at your own risk. The pool can be heated for a small additional fee both for the pool and the spa, or just the spa independently depending on the time of year.
