We would like to welcome you to residence 1202 at our opulent beach Resort located in scenic Hollywood Beach FL. You will have the pleasure of staying on the 12th floor with a direct ocean view!!! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF YOUR STAY: During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly via credit/debit card ONLY.(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): 1. The resort fee is USD40+tax/night (per all group of guests!) 2. Resort will place hold on USD250.00 as security deposit from the credit card (only under guest's name) 3. Valet parking fees (charged by parking attendant): USD35.00 + tax/per night, better rates available for long stay. 4. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. 5. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited. Beach service is located about 10 min walking North along the beach from the building. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of USD500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
