We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise. We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. While on the lanai, sip a cup of Maui grown coffee while you take in the sights, smells and sounds of paradise. In the evenings, you’ll be privy to some epic sunsets over the Pacific. Step through the slider glass doors and you’ll find the open concept, main living area featuring tile floors and vaulted ceilings. Relax and unwind on the comfortable couch, enjoy the upscale furniture including a one of a kind resin top coffee table commissioned from local artist Cathleen McCandless. Watch your favorite show on the SmartTV, or whip up something (try a poke bowl) in the updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and counter seating for 3. You’ll look forward to laying your head down at night in the master bedroom of your dreams. Down the hallway you’ll find the convenient washer and dryer as well as a guest bedroom and bathroom. A comfortable Queen size bed with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan and TV awaits you! Upstairs is the loft bedroom which includes two Twin size beds, a TV and its own half bathroom. The perfect family set up! The loft is accented with fun under the sea creatures - see if you can find them all! All mattress' and box springs have been recently updated in November 2022. Papakea Resort is located at North Kaanapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive to both Kaanapali and Kapalua world class golf courses. There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Please note: Papakea charges a 17 dollar/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable, and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are 5 dollars a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.
