Beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Beachfront Condo with spectacular direct Gulf views from the 11th floor. The unit overlooks a beautiful sugar sand beach. Expect to see amazing sunrises, dolphin, and other wildlife. Very clean, all new vinyl plank flooring throughout. Newer stainless-steel appliances with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Wake up each day and enjoy the surf rolling in from the Gulf of Mexico while dolphins swim by. Plus, the Phoenix I complex is in the heart of Orange Beach and close to so many restaurants and activities. You'll fall in love with Phoenix I 1117!!! Phoenix I 1117 sleeps 5-7 comfortably with a king bed in master bedroom, 1 double and 1 twin bed in guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior appointments include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs (living room is a 55” Smart TV, allowing all streaming services), washer and dryer, beach front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom, and high-end cotton linens. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. Ideal for dining outside, having your morning coffee, or enjoying the views. Complex Amenities: Solar-heated Outdoor Pool ; Access to Lighted Tennis Court; Indoor Racquetball Courts; Hot Tubs & Saunas; Fitness Room; Gazebos ;Barbeque Grills; Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in all lobbies and room. Phoenix I is a smoke-free building, including pool decks, balconies, and other common areas. Gulf State Park is close by for hiking, biking, beautiful views, and eagle watching. Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival to register and pay for your parking pass(es). If you do not receive it, please let us know. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to visit the Phoenix I front desk to pick up your parking pass(es).
