Two bed 1 bath cabin on very quiet, private dead end lane! Dead end lane = much less dust and traffic! Just after Thanksgiving we put up a decorated holiday tree with lighting for our December-Jan 1 guests. 2 bedrooms each with king beds and bedding. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo in between both bedrooms (separate access to bathroom) comfort height, Kohler toilet (we're tall - we like nice toilets :) Queen sofa sleeper in large main living area ** Full Kitchen including full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, portable dishwasher (needs to be attached to kitchen faucet to run). We do dishes by hand most the time. ** Cuisinart coffee maker, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, blender, large crock pot, waffle iron, plenty of dish ware **55" Smart HDTV with Blue ray player and surround sound system. DISH satellite. **Huge, beautiful wood burning stove with blower in large living area **Large deck patio furniture and a large propane BBQ grill **Fire pit outside next to the cabin 4 Envi High Efficiency whole room convection wall panel fan-less heaters for the bedrooms and main living area. They are safe for children, slim and silent (no fan). Heat in bedrooms and living area can be controlled separately. The area has dirt/gravel roads that are plowed in the winter. The roads can be icy with winter conditions Nov-April. We require 4 wheel drive and highly recommend chains from Nov-mid April.

We have lived in Utah all our lives. We love the outdoors! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years, at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals in Salt Lake. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. We have a 4 bedroom 4 bath, a 2 bed 3 bath loft, 2 bed 2 bath loft in Cottonwood Heights, Utah (suburb of Salt Lake - at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon). Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable with more character and of course, MORE FUN!!!

This small mountain town sits right off Highway 14 on Cedar Mountain in Dixie National Forrest and is a gateway to some amazing near by National Parks including Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon. With highway 14 taking you east to Highway 89 you can virtually be to Zion to Bryce in just about an hour and escape the hectic park traffic nearby the parks. This Cedar Mountain town called Duck Creek is full of Pines, Cedar, and Aspen filled meadows that all has an abundance of wildlife. The local wildlife include; Mule Deer, Elk, Antelope, Black Bear, Cougar, Turkey, Grouse, and many other small game. We bought the cabin in June 2015 after falling in love with the area on our first trip in April 2015. During that trip we visited Zion National Park (it was like summer that day in April), came back to Duck Creek and had 5" of snow that night. We went to Bryce Canyon the next day and had snow again. The following day we went to Kanab to visit Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and had very nice spring/summer weather.....WE HAD ALL FOUR SEASONS IN ONE TRIP!!!! We loved it so much that we went back to look at property and bought our Pine Ridge Paradise!
