This fantastic retreat presents a prime coastal getaway. Your three-story beach house features ample deck space to enjoy the sights and sounds of Port Aransas, as well as all the living space your group needs to vacation in comfort. Enjoy two covered outdoor living spaces, including an outdoor lounge with a wood-burning fireplace. Take a short stroll via a community boardwalk to the beach, or drive to town, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Golfers can tee off at the Palmilla Golf & Beach Resort just down the road. Just steps from home, you will find the unheated community pool – spend the whole afternoon poolside or make a pit stop on your way back from the beach! The area is teeming with wildlife, including various migratory birds. Many charter boats depart from the nearby marina for world-class deep-sea fishing. For wet and wild excitement, the waterpark is a short drive down the island, as are the USS Lexington and the Texas State Aquarium.
The open floor plan and dual living rooms offer lots of space for social time. The inviting main living area is furnished with a comfy sectional and TV. You can also mix a drink at the bar and watch a movie in the den. Enjoy appetizers at the breakfast bar with seating while the chefs in your group make their way around a large kitchen with a wall of windows. A full suite of stainless steel appliances makes meal preparation a breeze. The adjacent dining area offers seating around a wood table.
The serene primary bedroom has a private deck and a bathroom with dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom is a treehouse-style loft with a twin-over-double bunk bed, a card table, and water views as far as the eye can see.
Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
