Gorgeous, polished tile flooring flows throughout our vacation rental, adding a touch of elegance. A small hallway leads you to the open-concept kitchen, boasting sleek stainless-steel appliances and a large window that invites the outdoors in. Gather around the high-top dining set, bathed in the glow of a charming chandelier, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Retreat to the serene main bedroom situated at the rear left of the home. Unwind in the plush King-sized bed and open the French doors for direct access to the lanai. A dresser with a TV and a nightstand provides convenience and comfort. The attached en suite bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower and a single sink vanity. On the right side of the home, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom, located in the back right corner, offers two windows and a closet. The third bedroom boasts a cozy Queen bed, and all three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for optimal comfort. These rooms share the second full-sized bathroom, complete with a shower and tub combo, single vanity, and stylish tile surround. Conveniently, this bathroom can be easily accessed by your daytime guests too. Outside, revel in the fully fenced backyard enveloped by native and subtropical plantings. The 6' fence provides privacy and safety while allowing ample space for your children to play. Dive into the refreshing free-from pool as the southern exposure ensures abundant sunshine year-round.

Centrally located in north Naples, this home is close to the Mercato, The Pavilion and Waterside Shops. The beaches that are closest are Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach, the Bluebill Avenue access of Vanderbilt beach, and Vanderbilt Beach (approximately 1.3-miles away) with covered County parking on Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Clam Pass Park and Barefoot Beach are just a bit further and are also recommended. During peak season, parking is tight at all the beaches so it is best to arrive early morning or late afternoon for easiest access. Sunsets over the gulf are spectacular and highly recommended! Publix grocery stores are located south on Rt 41 at Riverchase Shopping Center, and north on Rt 41 at Bonita Beach Rd. There is also a Whole Foods south on Rt 41 at Mercato shopping center, and a Trader Joe's south on 41 at Creekside Village. Also, be sure to check out "Seed to Table" on Immokalee Rd. which is a huge grocery store with locally sourced produce, gourmet meats, evening entertainment, and multiple dining options with a bar within the store.
