3BR avail in Prime - Sutton Place area! This is a high profile area - very safe, and Central to everything! 10 min walk to Times Square- Midtown and 10 min walk to Central Park! Quaint little building and a big size rooms in one the most prestigious areas in Manhattan- Sutton Place. Safe, convenient, and fun area with a lot of restaurants and bars. 3BR- Small kitchen and Bathroom. Older Walk up building. apt is on 3rd floor. All sheets are always given clean and towels are provided upon request. Prefer guests bring their own. No pets! No smoking! Light cooking ok. Microwave and tea kettle provided Lots of cabinets and closet space! WiFi - yes
