The elevator offers the only interior access upstairs. Outside, guests will reveal in a lovely beach front with privacy fence. Perfect for dining on the beach at the table and chairs provided or kicking back around the firepit in the Adirondack chairs. As far as parking, this home fits 4 cars. New regulations in South Lake Tahoe, guests must be quiet after 10 pm and no more cars than can fit in the driveway. Update- Please note a recent review was left insinuating bed bugs. We hired a professional exterminator, who examined the house completely and provided full report. No treatments were needed as no bedbugs were found.
