It's perfect for a family vacation, time-away with friends, or for a romantic rendezvous. We provide a microwave, coffee maker and coffee supplies, and a mini fridge for your convenience. GUEST ACCESS This is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps a maximum of four (4) guests per booking. Common outdoor areas such as pools, hot tubs, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds are shared with other guests. This is a second floor unit with a private balcony that can be accessed only from inside the condo. Parking is free with parking lots surrounding the condo. Luckily I was blessed to purchase two condos (The Blue Lagoon and The Artful Nook). I am happy to share this quaint seaside community with you and welcome you as my guest, wish you an enjoyable stay, and invite you to come back again and again. It will always be my pleasure to host you. Little Harbor is a unique community in Ruskin - the air, sea, beautiful plants, trees and flowers are refreshing. There is so much to do in addition to relaxing in the peaceful air-conditioned comfort of The Blue Lagoon or The Artful Nook, or sitting on the patio enjoying the antics of dolphins playing in the channel. Little Harbor offers water sports, fishing, dinner cruises, swimming, kayaking, basketball and tennis, gym-time, golfing at a nearby resort....and more. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and on-site restaurants offer good food and live entertainment. Little Harbor is magical.
