Two of the bedrooms, each with a set of twin beds, have walk-out access to a porch overlooking the water. The third bedroom upstairs has one twin bed. The boathouse, just steps away from the main house, has 2 twin beds and a half bath. Outside, you'll enjoy magnificent lake views overlooking Loon Island Lighthouse and Mount Kearsarge from the covered porch. The property also has a sizeable deep-water dock with a ladder and a spot for your boat. The lower portion of the boathouse is not available for use.
