Rocks Cabin is a unique, rustic home located on a one-acre beachfront lot. Situated 50 feet above sea level, the home is approximately 200 feet from the sand dunes, affording a great perch and unobstructed view of the beach, surf, and ocean sights. Described as a botanical paradise with completely native old-growth vegetation, including false Lily of the Valley, Indian Celery, various types of rainforest ferns, flowers, and native plants. Tucked in the old-growth Sitka Spruce Conifers, privacy is optimum. This home is an ideal spot for bird-watching, and winter storm-watching is incredible! The roar of the surf can be amazing, even from inside the cabin. The cabin itself is rustic in decor, with a wood-burning fireplace. Electric heat is also available to ensure your comfort. A ladder with a handrail takes you to the loft area, which offers two twin beds. The ladder has a 250 lb. weight limit. Below Rocks Cabin is a long and wide expanse of gorgeous shoreline that, even in the height of summer, you may find you have all to yourself.
