I chose this property because it had all the amenities that I was looking for and in a great location that was convenient to shopping and an easy drive to the beach. I was instantly drawn to this home and wanted to make it my own because of it's wonderful curb appeal. I also love the wonderful Southwest facing pool which is ideal for sunbathing.

I have lived and worked in Lexington Kentucky for 23 years now. Love living in the thoroughbred horse capital of the world with all the beautiful horse farms and rolling hills of Central Kentucky. But when the mercury starts dropping, or when the pressures of day to day life start rising, South West Florida is where I want to be. I am an avid cyclist and that is why I started going to South West Florida nearly 10 years ago. Every year since then, during the month of February, myself and usually a large group of friends go to the Rotonda area to ride an average of 100 miles a day for 1 to 2 weeks in a row. I have owned rental properties in the Lexington Kentucky area for about 15 years and always try to provide my tenants with a well maintained property that they are happy to call home.
