This luxury property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 3800 Padre Blvd that is separately staffed to assist you. Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to booking. The property carries a USD 49 resort fee PER DAY + 17% tax for a total additional charge per day of USD 57.33 much like Vegas has. We pre collect for this as this money is owed to the HOA and is not our fee.. This is not a hidden fee anyone checking in there must pay this. Finally, 2 docusign agreements are required prior to check in. These are emailed to you for electronic signature. One is the rental agreement. The 2nd one is the property HOA that needs all names and vehicles prior to check in.
