Come and enjoy a comfortable stay within walking distance of many Tampa amenities, like restaurants and even Busch Gardens! Our rental is a fully equipped bedroom. Enjoy your private SmartTV, working desk, microwave, and refrigerator. You can also enjoy the common and shared areas, like our fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and laundry that you're free to use any time. Wi-Fi, self-check-in, laptop-friendly workspace. Your room is private and kept locked. You share every other space including the Bathroom. The house temperature is kept at 76-79 degrees. Fans are available in your room if needed. There are currently 3 rooms advertised on OTA's, so you may be sharing the common spaces with 2 to 5 other guests. Guests have access to the common bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry. You are sharing the house with other guests, so please be respectful and considerate. We encourage our guests to be friendly and make new friends during their stay. Please be respectful and considerate to guests who may want to keep to themself. Never knock on other guests' doors for any reason. Cars are recommended! Walking distance to Busch Garden Bus stops nearby Expectation: If you are looking for a Hyatt or Marriot experience at our nightly price, you're in the wrong place. While we continue to improve our stay, our home, and our guest experience, we hope that you understand that we are working with a subpar home and extremely low resources. We provide a solution for individuals who are in need of an economic stay for a set period of time. Please know that we have the best intentions and will do anything with what we have to give you the best stay possible.

Working-class neighborhood. You may experience neighbors commuting on foot throughout the day. Neighbors may keep live noisy animals and may choose to perform loud work at odd hours. If you are unfamiliar with working-class neighborhoods, I encourage taking a taxi or Uber after dusk. Walking distance to Busch Garden, USF, and Moffit.
