This level is ideal for a couple looking for some privacy or a hang-out area for the kids. Climb up the stairs to reach the second and main level of the home where the kitchen, living room, and dining area are combined into one bright open floor plan. The living room is a great gathering spot with a considerable sectional leather sofa right in front of a generous flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace. Yes, we know movie nights here will be a blast.
