I Issica Cordova rent out 1 individual room with a detached bathroom not shared at this property so please note that you will not be the only tenants occupying the space as I do reside at this property and work from home. You can expect a clean home, comfortable quiet and peaceful, respectful with a quiet place to just drop, plop for the night and leave early morning. There is room for groceries also come feel like your at home with a fully furnished home and kitchen amenities for your amazing stay. Welcome, there is parking up front if you have a vehicle. I host a clean and comfortable place for our guests I love sharing this beautiful place also allowing our guests to feel right at home. Welcome to my home. You will be sharing this town home I rent each room as it is available if you are a traveler and looking to sleep somewhere near the airport this is the right place for you to stay a night or 2 or few nights and go. Just so you know I do live in the home so please make sure you understand because your money will not be refunded for these bookings so please pay attention and read before booking
This neighborhood is a new development also close to the DIA Airport, horse rides. Downtown Denver is a 25 minute drive and close to the highway and minutes from most attractions to get to all areas. There are not close restaurants so you will need to doordash, UberEATS or drive at least 15 to 20 minutes for food or grocery stores and you will have to doordash or go for food as there are no close restaurant's around yet
