The location is excellent, with close proximity to restauarants, stores, and public transit. The building is older, but well maintained and very clean. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable.

Microwave, freezer, refrig and dishes appreciated. Ice available if you ask.
United States of AmericaI loved the location, the staff was super accommodating and respectful. Initially I was scared because of some bad reviews but don’t let those stop you from staying here. The bedroom was super clean and very spacious. You can leave your bags with front desk if you get there earlier than check in, and can also leave them there if your flight is a later time. Right next to the metro, which is very convenient. Front desk always has good music playing and smells amazing. I loved my stay here!
United States of AmericaI asked for an iron but it didn't heat up enough to be useful. I asked for another one and the housekeeper took it to test it out and brought it back saying it did work. I gave up and went to target to buy one. But at least they tried to help. They were nice people. I just wanted to get trade it in case that one was just defective. I'm grateful for the housekeepers because they always had clean towels for us.
