Hi and welcome to Sonoran Oasis Estate! This houses sits on a 0.75 acre corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your getaway with your loved ones here at peaceful and centrally-located residence with a private, heated pool and a RV parking site with an electric hookup port. This estate offers much privacy needed for a getaway while being conveniently located in the heart of Sierra Vista with main restaurants, shopping malls and Fort Huachuca all within 10 minutes.

This property is located at the end of the street in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. Fort Huachuca entrance is 3 miles away from the house. Main shopping center/ restaurants are 2 miles away from the house. Pueblo Del Sol Country club is 3 miles away from the house. Bisbee/Tombstone is a 30 min-drive from the house and easily within reach for a day trip to go enjoy historic sites and artsy areas. Kartchner Caverns State Park, which is one of the best attractions in Arizona, is only 30 mins away from the house. You take HWY 90 which also leads you to Sonoita/Elgin Wine Country. The Wine Country (Sonoita/Elgin) is a 30-min, easy drive from the house. It is not too far from Kartchner Caverns State Park, so you can plan the same day trip to both attractions. Ramsey Canyon and Miller Peak are close from the house and one can go for short/long trail adventures/hike. Chiricahua National Monument is 80 miles away from the house. That is less than a two-hour drive. It would be best to use a privately owned vehicle/rental car as Uber/Lyft services are not readily available in Sierra Vista. Grub hub, Uber eats, and Doordash are available in Sierra Vista.
