Spacious & updated cottage located just blocks from the bay, close to downtown Coos Bay Shopping, dining and entertainment. (6-8 blocks walking distance). This private cottage is part of our Coos Cottages Collection, offering updated appliances and amenities throughout. Fully furnished, WIFI, full kitchen, Washer and Dryer in unit, and FRE. Dog friendly with additional Pet Fee. Fully set up kitchen to make cooking enjoyable and efficient. Full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster to create efficiency. Dishes, utensils and basic cookware included for your convenience. Dining area features dining table with seating for up to (6) and each unit is equipped with a desk in the living area to make working remotely a breeze. Curl up on the comfy sofa with a blanket and a book or catch up on your favorite shows. Sofa folds out to a full-size bed for additional (2) guests. Large 50-inch flats screen Smart TV, complete with Netflix, and streaming platforms complete the necessities! There are two comfortable bedrooms, both offering a King size bed. Quality linens provided and closet space for storing guests’ personal items. Bathroom has a shower, and all bedroom and bathroom linens are high-quality and tastefully decorated. Hairdryer and basic essentials and paper products are available for your arrival. Full-size washer and dryer provided in the home. There is free street parking on Ingersoll as well as private designated parking in the back of the units. We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet. Pack and Play is available onsite. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the Pack N Play for you.

This property is located approximately 6-8 blocks from downtown Coos Bay and the Bay front. Take a Historic Walking Tour of Coos Bay learn to Build a Boat or Tour the Dunes. Visit downtown’s Coos Art Museum for world class exhibits. Enjoy the nationally acclaimed Oregon Coast Music Festival in July. Visit the annual holiday lights display at nearby Shore Acres State Park in December. Coos Bay’s downtown farmer’s market on Wednesdays is very popular.
