We offer a of 450-foot pier, miles of nature trails in old forest, fossils from the Miocene year, fire pit and open space for ball playing. Bay view Gourmet kitchen, sunroom sitting area with sofa & 2 recliners facing the bay, flr top ceiling stone fire place in living rm, smart TV, recliner and love seat and sofa. Lower lev br & adjacent full bath. The upper level is conveniently designed as third sitting/sleeping area with another TV over stone fp. Queen sofa bed and a trundle bed that serves as two twin beds. This sleeping room is not private as you must walk thru this room to access the private master bedroom. Please review the pictures & make sure this is acceptable prior to booking. Master BR is a wall of glass, magnificent views! M aster Bath shower has a picture window overlooking the Bay We have beautiful art work & lovely oriental carpets over hardwood. Our home is simply charming.
I have been renting our Beautiful Magical Bayfront Home for the past 40 years. My husband I found this paridise years ago and wrote a contract to purchase the entire resort and then sold off the rest of the 14 homes. There have been very few turnovers over the past 40 years.
