This location is in the historical St. Augustine, with the St. Augustine Lighthouse and the historical Fountain of Youth. Upon entry immediately to the left is the dining area and kitchen, and straight ahead is the living area with bedrooms just beyond. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to whip up a full course meal or just snacks. There's plenty of cabinets and granite countertops. Appliances are all stainless steel and include dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. A peninsular bar has two barstools adjacent to the dining area, which has a dining table seating four with window overlooking the rear patio area. The adjacent living area has a sleeper sofa with end table and coffee table on an area rug, a recliner, cocktail table with lamp, overstuffed chair, ceiling fan and opposite the sofa area is a credenza above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV.
