This was my second stay at the Boat House and it was just as nice as the first time. The rooms are CLEAN and the AC was cold. This place reminds me of an old school beach motel. It's walking distance to the Snook Inn Restaurant and close to where we needed to be for our shelling boat tour. We used the pool which is nice and enjoyed sitting on the dock. This is a great little place!

from the moment we pulled into the grounds, the place had the most welcoming feeling, old flordia charm, cleanliness every where you looked. staff went out of their way to provide you with places to eat, park at the beaches, and of course the dos and don't. Melinda at the front desk is a most to meet. she's loves her job. WE WILL BE BACK AGAION!
