With over 30 years in the restaurant industry, Brian's culinary journey spans from independent fine dining to corporate giants. Monique is a successful high-tech marketing executive, entrepreneur, author, and speaker. She owned and operated Dessert Noir Café & Bar, a local gem in Beaverton, Oregon, celebrated for its upscale suburban dining. Monique's commitment to excellence is a hallmark of your stay. More than a rental property, The Concept is a contemporary vacation retreat nestled in the serene beauty of Moon Valley. With elegance and comfort woven into every detail, the newly-renovated property boasts captivating mountain views and offers a true escape from the everyday hustle. Designed for entertaining, The Concept is a unique chef-driven, hospitality-forward vacation experience where you can enjoy customized culinary adventures and all the amenities you would normally find at an upscale boutique hotel. Brian is your personal on-site host and concierge for this unique hosted experience. He's a hospitality expert dedicated to turning your dreams of an unforgettable getaway into reality. Brian occupies the primary suite of the home with its own private entrance. His two dogs Dominance and Kingston live in their special dog “casita" and like to play in the backyard, go for walks with Dad, and meet new people. (Note: The dogs are not allowed in the main house. Upon booking, Brian will speak with you about any specific concerns or preferences you have regarding the dogs so your experience is enjoyable and worry-free.) For our guests, we've created a spacious guest wing of the home that comfortably sleeps eight people and consists of a King Suite with Private Bathroom with Shower and Patio Access, Queen Room, Full Room with Two Beds, Shared Bathroom with Shower, Office/Workout/Murphy Bed Room, Home Theater/Living Room, Chef's Kitchen, Bar, and Dining Room.
