Location definitely. Liked the facilities within the room and hotel itself. Very close to public transport and restaurants, cafes and a great supermarket

I loved my stay here. It was perfectly located for me to watch a concert at the Footprint Centre. The staff were very friendly, my room was super cute and well planned for a small space. The bed was super comfy and The bathroom was simple yet attractive and fully functional. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff at front desk ver cordial on a hectic day! Granted us early check in so we could get to our game! Nice room great location for restaurants and walkable! Will come again

The staff was very friendly and helpful.l liked the the gym and I enjoyed the rooftop bar.

The room was massive and great condition. It was right next to the Phoenix Suns and Diamondback stadiums which were perfect as I went to a Suns game and did a Chase Field tour. The breakfast was 10/10.

Our room was comfortable clean and spacious. There was free coffee and tea downstairs and it was very good. The breakfast in the morning was adequate and had a good variety.

Ideal location...Tram station very near..

Mattress was super comfortable. Fridge and Microwave was handy. Within walking distance to light rail, convention centre, basketball and baseball stadiums.

Visted Phoenix on our honeymoon and we really enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn Suites. Location was very convenient, staff was nice. Breakfast and coffee stations were great - we appreciated them so much. Highly recommend :)

We have two children who are getting too old to share a bed. I loved that the sofa was a third bed. The location downtown was also great and allowed us to walk everywhere we needed to go - in particular the Footprint Center and Phoenix Capital Building.

it is perfectly located in downtown, near convention center, an open and modern lobby. i loved the super angular view from 27th floor, beds are very comfortable

The room was newly refurbished, clean, bright and had comfy beds.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and the hotel was very clean. The employment of security staff was a great idea particularly for single women travelling alone. Although the food in the restaurant wasn't to my taste the chef prepared off the menu for me.

The location is nice and the room was very clean. The bar is nice and there was some party on the weekend. Would book again.
