Phoenix was great for our first night, we ventured out to walmart before we went to bed to get some things for the rest of our trip, when we arrived at the walmart in tempe it was half closed and everything including the $2.99 shampoo was under lock and key which gave us an unfavorable veiw of the city, but what we could see in daytime made it a place we may explore in the future for a few days

Summary is very difficult in Phoenix due to heat.
Summary is very difficult in Phoenix due to heat. We walked out of the hotel each day to 116 to 120 degrees heat. At night (at 4 am) we still were over 100. You cannot do much walking or sightseeing in this kind of heat (we came for convention). So, if you want to visit Phoenix for pleasure, you need to come there either in March/April or November/December. There is a lot to see and do there when it is not so hot.

Phoenix sucks it's not a place to bring a family, work, raise kids or grandchildren. I hate it no one of helping the homeless. There is no drug treatment programs to help these people who needs help.

Nothing the 1st room had holes in the wall and patch on bathroom door the bed sheets were stained the sheets were wet the 2nd room was cleaner but had mold under the soap dish in the shower the property had hookers all over the place girls with bruises all over their legs obvious hookers not subtle staff knows

Enjoyed the museum, particularly the musical instrument museum. The MIM has motorized wheelchairs and is ADA-friendly. We spent a day there. I wish we had spent two. Worth the trip to Scottsdale.
Phoenix is very busy. Rather difficult to get around and park if you have a car. Imagine it's great to walk in. Lots of interesting things to see. Good food,

Visiting family & the Location was perfect.
Check in was easy, the parking was good.
The staff at the front desk, the bar tender, complementary Happy hour drinks & food all made for a fun stay. Our room was large & had a separate living room with microwave & Fridge & coffee service. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly & always willing to help. We will stay there again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Phoenix. The room was exactly as described in the listing and met my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
The facilities were very comfortable and well maintained, making the overall experience enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient — we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and quickly assigned our room without any issues.
Overall, a great experience and a solid choice for staying in Phoenix. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, very close to the interstate. Plenty of parking, huge, clean, well-equipped room. Really friendly staff who made this feel more like a small family run hotel than a large chain. Very comfortable and welcoming.
