Room was bigger than average. Nicely laid out with lots of room for luggage. Bathroom was large as well. Lots of room for two people. Close to the airport which is what we needed. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. AC was quiet. Not always the case in other hotels.

Summary is very difficult in Phoenix due to heat.

Summary is very difficult in Phoenix due to heat. We walked out of the hotel each day to 116 to 120 degrees heat. At night (at 4 am) we still were over 100. You cannot do much walking or sightseeing in this kind of heat (we came for convention). So, if you want to visit Phoenix for pleasure, you need to come there either in March/April or November/December. There is a lot to see and do there when it is not so hot.

Phoenix sucks it's not a place to bring a family, work, raise kids or grandchildren. I hate it no one of helping the homeless. There is no drug treatment programs to help these people who needs help.

Nothing the 1st room had holes in the wall and patch on bathroom door the bed sheets were stained the sheets were wet the 2nd room was cleaner but had mold under the soap dish in the shower the property had hookers all over the place girls with bruises all over their legs obvious hookers not subtle staff knows

Enjoyed the museum, particularly the musical instrument museum. The MIM has motorized wheelchairs and is ADA-friendly. We spent a day there. I wish we had spent two. Worth the trip to Scottsdale. Phoenix is very busy. Rather difficult to get around and park if you have a car. Imagine it's great to walk in. Lots of interesting things to see. Good food, Enjoyed the city. It's worth the trip.

Visiting family & the Location was perfect.

Visiting family & the Location was perfect. Check in was easy, the parking was good. The staff at the front desk, the bar tender, complementary Happy hour drinks & food all made for a fun stay. Our room was large & had a separate living room with microwave & Fridge & coffee service. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly & always willing to help. We will stay there again.

I love Holiday Inn hotels in general and this time I again got exactly what I expected. The room is spacious and clean. I especially loved breakfast, there were not only pancakes but scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls to choose from. The good quality bathroom amenities are great. We travelled by car so the location was OK for us, we were able to reach everything quite easily in Phoenix.

The hotel is wide, organized, and clean. Breakfast is amazing with waffles and omelets . The rooms are modern, and the mattresses were super comfortable. Special thanks to the bartender, Sabrina, who welcomed us and gave us precious suggestions about the area. Everything was just perfect ( including the laundry room).

We were looking for an hotel in Downtown Phoenix for the last night before catching a flight back home and this hotel ended up being exactly what we needed. Not looking for anything very fancy but still a clean room, a comfortable bed and a nice breakfast for a very fair price and the BWDP was all that and more.

Travelled 20. hours to get to the hotel, I did not expect to have to wait 15-20 minutes for my reservation to be found. The pool bar staff were average at best.Sitting and waiting for a drink and then going to the bar to have to wait again-not top notch.
