The room was of a nice size. Amenities were good.

The hotel is great. The room was clean. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. I recommend this hotel.

Fairly quiet room considering location at highway. Even though they seemed short staffed they were working hard. Quite a few smiles from the staff, they appear happy to work there.

We have two children who are getting too old to share a bed. I loved that the sofa was a third bed. The location downtown was also great and allowed us to walk everywhere we needed to go - in particular the Footprint Center and Phoenix Capital Building.

I loved this hotel. The staff were super helpful when I checked in and throughout my stay. The room was nice, the bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. It had a coffee machine in the room and the shop in reception had drinks, snacks and mini-meals. The breakfast was good.

Every single staff member at the hotel treated me with such kindness😆 They communicated with me so well despite my poor English🥹 Whenever I had any trouble, they were always there to help😊 The breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious😍

I was really impressed with how big the room was, full fridge & kitchen with dishware. Nice, updated and clean rooms. Close to airport. Breakfast started early which was good for our morning flight. Pool and hot tub were nothing special but enjoyed them nonetheless.

The shuttle driver Seb was hilarious .Ryan, on reception was very helpful .The room was big , the beds comfortable and the breakfast great

I loved my stay here. It was perfectly located for me to watch a concert at the Footprint Centre. The staff were very friendly, my room was super cute and well planned for a small space. The bed was super comfy and The bathroom was simple yet attractive and fully functional. I would definitely stay here again!
