Great Location, super friendly staff, we were only there for a night on the way through and all 5 of us could fit in the room. Breakfast for everyone and transfer to the airport. Also close to things to do in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great part of Phoenix, the university quarter and very close to the airport with parking. The staff were fabulous, particularly the front desk, so engaging and helpful. Nice pool area on the roof with a bar.

The worse experience ever. The staff was very rude housekeepers. Want to have to do their job you were only provided with one towel. The breakfast is trash don’t pay for it is free no matter what they hold your deposit and don’t give it back.

Location great and a non chain family diner alongside. And it provided coffee in the morning…with creamer (some just provide black coffee, some nothing.

Did not eat at hotel. Everything was great

the personal that works in the hotel is very friendly the hotel's ubication is excelent food in the hotel is great the pool is very nice games located in the lobby are great

Superb service from all staff. Shout out to both Jack and Carlo on front desk, and Chandler and Victoria serving breakfast. Great facilities (pool, gym). Very pleasant lobby lounge/bar to chill in. We were travelling as family of 4 adults (perfect). Would also be great business trip accomodation (there were plenty of obvious business trippers around).

I had a dog. They were very kind, and the service was good.

Great room, clean bathroom, clean bedding. Friendly reception and stuff. Fast online check in, no issues at the hotel. Hot tub and swimming pool available.

Location was ideal for me. Direct access to the trolly to get easily where I needed to go in Tempe and at ASU. I loved the roof deck.

The location of the hotel was great for my travel. It was so close to the university. It was also well connected. The staff was so nice, they helped to me with all the doubts I had. The facilities were also fine.

Amazing beds, cozy room, it was the perfect place to take a rest before the second round of our road trip. There are also some restaurants really close by, and an outlet mall.

Good value for money. Rooms v well equipped and clean. Bed was comfy. Pool lovely and all staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Room is modern, stylish, comfortable. Kitchen included fridge, microwave and dish washer. Center island doubled as work station with a comfortable chair. Lounge area has comfortable couch, foot stools. TV pivots to face either lounge area or bed. Spacious bathroom with shower, no tub.
