This home is an authentic Downtown rambler with several original attributes and fixtures. The owners have spent many years keeping the house in as close to original condition as possible. The house is placed in a neighborhood of pioneer homes that have lived through decades of Vegas highlights. Near the home are famous properties formally lived in by celebrities such as Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Joe Lewis and many more. This is an experience not to be missed. Don't just visit Las Vegas, live like a local.
This home is owned and managed by Authentic Las Vegas Downtowners. Owners David and Molly work with us, Matt & Sabrina we have worked as Las vegas Hospitality managers for 12+ years. We also own "Atomic Scooter Tours & Adventures" and Co-hosts other properties like The Downtown Vintage Gem, a licensed vacation home. Our guided tours and our home are in Historical Downtown Las Vegas. We love and specialize in the art of hospitality and spend a lot of our time traveling the world meeting other Hosts and owners.
Downtown Las Vegas (commonly abbreviated as DTLV) is the central business district and historic center of Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the original townsite and was the gambling district of Las Vegas prior to the Strip, and the area still incorporates downtown gaming. As the urban core of the Las Vegas Valley, it features a variety of hotel and business highrises, cultural centers, historical buildings and government institutions, as well as residential and retail developments. Downtown is located in the center of the Las Vegas Valley and just north of the Las Vegas Strip, centered on Fremont Street, the Fremont Street Experience and Fremont East.
