// WELCOME // Welcome to The Lazy Pelican where you can relax after a day at the beach or downtown explorations. Pensacola Beach is only 10 min from the house, and so is Downtown Pensacola. Your home has 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms (queen beds) and a queen sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, so please make yourselves at home! Check-in is made easy with a lockbox code. // PET POLICY // We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. Pet is not to exceed 30 pounds and must be at least 2 years old. Dogs are allowed on the furniture if provided pet blankets are used. Guests are required to clean up after their pets and keep the pets within their control at all times. Guests are liable and responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Sorry, but “dangerous breeds” are not allowed. // PET FEE // We require a pet fee of fifty dollars per stay (to cover the utilities and additional cleaning). // PET DEPOSIT //We require a pet deposit of two hundred for one pet, or three hundred for two pets. The deposit will be refunded immediately after the guests’ departure, unless it needs to be used to fix eventual property damages caused by the pet.
