Located in the heart of historic downtown Monroe, just a block off of the Square, you are close to all of the best local dining, shopping, and entertainment! Three bedrooms and a full bath with a soaking tub on the second floor, and on the first floor a full kitchen, dining room, living room, family room with a sofa bed and desk, and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Washer and dryer in the basement, 2 off-street parking stalls behind the house, and a cozy front porch on the street side!
A historic neighborhood only a block from the Square where you'll find Baumgartner's, Pancho and Lefty's, Sunrise Donut Cafe, and many other delicious and popular places to eat and relax!
