We are a small company that owns and manages all of our own properties. We have a small team of 5 and one of our core values is quality over quantity. Every single property includes meticulous details in both the design and amenity side that are often overlooked. We respond quickly, keep our houses well-maintained and have rigorous cleaning standards. We also love to give our guests local recommendations while they are available and we always try our best to accommodate special requests.

We invite you to stay at our modern Scottsdale sanctuary. The house features a resort style experience - perfect for families & friends. Our professional design and remodel was completed in the summer of 2022 and we are now taking bookings. Backyard: This house features a sparkling pool which is always heated to 83 degrees or higher all year except for the summer. During summer, we cool our pool to 77 degrees so our guests keep cool in the Scottsdale heat. We also have a 6-person jetted hot tub nestled in the corner next to some palm trees. The oversized covered patio has patio misters, multiple seating areas, a firepit, a smart TV on a 360 degree swivel, fans, and lighting. The outdoor kitchen comes with a BBQ, fridge, barstools, and outdoor lighting. Plus there's a putting green, multiple lounge chairs/umbrellas, and lush landscaping throughout. This backyard is the perfect place to vacation and relax! Interior Features: All of our furnishings are brand new as of June 2022 and they were hand-selected by a professional interior designer. There are 5 bedrooms and 7 total beds - 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 2 twins. Our beds all have fresh clean linens and we are often told by our guests that they are very comfortable. The spacious living room has multiple hangout areas, a cozy wood-burning adobe fireplace in the living room, and a 70" Smart TV. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you might need to prepare and enjoy family-sized home cooked meals. The dining room has an oversized table, a coffee bar, and LaCantina style doors that open up to the backyard. And the garage has been turned into a game room for kids (or adults) with poker, foosball, darts, and Pacman arcade which includes many arcade games in one. We take our role as hosts seriously and we are always happy to help and answer every question you have as promptly as possible. Our house is a corner lot in a very peaceful and safe residential neighborhood. The property is a block away from Orange Tree Golf Course and 13 houses away from Sereno Park - a nice park for kids. We are 4 miles from Kierland Commons and 9 miles from Old Town Scottsdale. We have free driveway and street parking available on the property. Scottsdale in general is not very walkable and we suggest that you drive or uber to anywhere you want to go.
