Our home is nestled on the outskirts of beautiful downtown Savannah, on a quiet block that surrounds Floyd Adams Park. Savannah is known for it's signature squares, each with it's own history and aesthetic. Floyd Adams is no exception, beneath a canopy of oak and magnolia branches it's serene fountain and gazebo are perfect for peacefully enjoying the natural ambiance while picnicing or reading. Checkin Instructions: Check in between 4:00pm and Midnight. 1604 Brownville Court/Street.  Front Door Code is (please text me 2 days prior to arrival for code) You have to pull door very gently towards you a little then turn the lock to the right, while pushing down the latch. When you leave, type in and turn to left. Make sure it's locked. You have to pull door gently towards you while turning lock to left also. Upon walking into the house, your bedroom is on the immediate right (Bedroom "A").  Door code (text me 2 days before arrival to obtain) # (do not forget the # at the end). When the solid green light appears and you hear the beep immediately turn the door handle to the right, if you wait too long it will relock. Your private bathroom is directly across from your room.  Bedroom "B" and Bedroom "C" are mine and my wifes rooms for when we are in town and are not rented out. Parking is not an issue but make sure to read the street parking signs carefully to avoid getting a ticket. Trash: Please do not use kitchen trash bin unless long term stay. Instead we ask you kindly combine trash in a small Kroger/Grocery bag found under your sink or In laundry room and deposit in the Park trash bins across the street or behind our fance behind our driveway. Recycling has yellow top. Trash green lid. Savannah charges a fee if non recyclable items are placed in the recycle bin so please kindly make sure to separate. Please note we do not allow smoking of any kind on the property and a fine will be assessed if the next guest who comes in complains of smoke.
