This home offers ample space to comfortably accommodate all your friends and family visiting the area for some R&R! We happily welcome furry friends and have a fully fenced in backyard, ensuring both you and your pets have a delightful stay. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of our inclusive environment, making your travel experience complete with your beloved companions by your side.. Tail-wagging excitement awaits! Whether you are coming for work, nearby family or sports events, or for vacation near Lake Conroe, this home is arranged with comfort in mind. We are located just 9 miles (15 minutes) from Lake Conroe and 2.1 miles (6 minutes) from I-45. There are great restaurants and things to do in the area! You could enjoy a day down at the lake, a day of golf, or go shopping! When you first arrive to the property you will see the white and black manufactured home with a wheel chair accessible ramp that will bring you right to the front door, the front patio has some nice seating to enjoy the weather!
