The garage and apartment are for the owner or caretaker unless otherwise agreed up. We heavily discount our weekly rate since we prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday. We charge 50 dollars per guest for each guest over 8. We can accommodate 15 guests and possibly more for certain events. The property is also listed on Craigslist. Go to Maine vacation rentals.
