Guests will be met by security at the entrance upon their arrival and must present a photo ID that matches the name used to book the stay, as indicated in the guest’s Booking.com confirmation email.

Guests staying at Wonka’s Sweet Suite in New York must behave as good citizens during their stay and be cooperative with all the staff present on the premises.
