Enter through your private gate and see the large sparkling pool and your cottage at the bottom of the stairs. This villa is the perfect place for 2 couples traveling together or a family of 4. Your own private retreat located at the center of the island making access to the many activities during your vacation a breeze.

Larry John and Trevor bought this place 2 months before the 2 category 5 hurricanes in 2017 and have been working ever since to make this a resort-like paradise where we now can invite friends and guests alike to enjoy the beauty of St Thomas. We are generally here on-site from mid-December till early May to escape the winter weather of New England in NH. We hope you enjoy your stay at Pembroke Cottage and welcome any suggestions to make your vacation here the best vacation ever. From December through April we are in the Main house. Guest may interact as much or as little as they desire. There is a separate entrance and parking for guest. From May through November there is no one on site but there is a caretaker available if the need arises.

Pembroke Place is centrally located on a main road making it extremely convenient to get to any place on the island within minutes. However, being on a main road also means that there is some road noise, mostly muted by the concrete wall but weekday mornings you may hear the occasional dump truck or concrete truck coming up the hill. There is parking for 2 guest vehicles on-site and you will definitely want to rent a vehicle to get around as there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and limited taxi availability.
