The hotel has a very good vibe and location. The staff is very professional and helpful.
Indiawe loved our room! even with the metal bridge the doors and windows made it comfortable inside. The hotel is just off the beaten path which makes it quieter than the crazy center. We loved the staff who made us feel at home at all times. very sweet people!!
United States of AmericaHotel is well located in a quiet spot, but close to the city / old town by walking and a quick bike ride to beautiful countryside settings and also the beach. The staff is truly special - they go above and beyond to take care of you. From spa bookings to local recommendations to transfers, they make it seamless. We are vegetarian and they also made sure we had PLENTY to eat at breakfast time, making us a few special dishes each day when we asked. We hope to be back!

CanadaReally pretty, peaceful property about a ten minute walk from the old town. Huge and lovely swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Our room was comfortable and relaxing - it had the nicest bathroom we’ve had in all of Vietnam. We also enjoyed the deck with a view of the river. Good breakfast. Helpful staff - they arranged an airport transfer for us and seamlessly rescheduled it when our flight got delayed. They also held our bags for us when we arrived too early to check in, gave us lots of tips about the town, and a small parting gift. Very nice hotel! I didn’t want to leave.
