The staffs were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Even before the trip, they gave us many recommendations, and booked the tour for us. We felt the strong hospitality at Funny Monkeys.

The location was convenient and we enjoyed the view from our room (balcony river view). The staff is very helpful - I mostly communicated with Moon, who speaks excellent English, was welcoming, and made sure all our needs were met. They provided quick laundry service, which was convenient for us. We were coming back from an Oxalis cave hike in the evening and leaving the next morning for another city and didn't want to lug around dirty/muddy clothing. We also really enjoyed Fanta and Coca, the delightful resident dogs!

The hotel is ideally located in Phong Nha, with a superb view of the river and the mountains. Our room was clean and comfortable. It is a very good quality / price. Moon and Tu are very kind and helpful hosts. We were very well received. They arranged for us a tour in the caves and the transport from the airport and to Huê. You don't need to plan anything before going. I highly recommend Funny Monkeys.

Funny Monkeys Homestay, operated by 2 local woman who are very passionate in sharing the local experience, culture and cuisine. We love traveling. We are very happy to welcome you to discover our beautiful Phong Nha.

Our homestay is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Flowing Son river and karst mountain scenery welcome all guests. Rooms have magnificent river mountain view and shared balcony. Onsite restaurant and bar serve delicious local food. A walkable 400 meters to Phong Nha town center. It is an ideal place for you to relax, enjoy the sunset and the real experiences of Phong Nha.
