A small and nice boutique hotel with twelve rooms. While I was there, the place was packed non-stop with guests coming and going, so they must be doing something right. It is close to the river and touristic hub. The staff were very friendly and helpful (with shuttle arrangements, etc.). It is close to eateries, shops and street vendors, where you can buy cheap chicken and rice, among other fares. I liked the lighting in my room! So often the lights are not strong enough to read at night, but in my room, which had a nice balcony, I was spoiled for choice.

As the name of the place is called, every staff here has a sunny smile! Thank you for the warmth and hospitality. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is good (very efficient way of taking order the night before too). Being at the end/start of the old town, the Villa is really a great starting point to explore and walk around...which is abuzz with activities from morning till night. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An!

The hotel is very close to the old quarter and is an easy walk to most restaurants, coffee shops, markets etc. The staff are incredibly helpful. Young in particular was very helpful to us throughout our stay.

The most lovely staff! Warm, welcoming, kind, professional and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect location, a short walk from the centre. Breakfast was very tasty, good variety and excellent service.

Perfect location for exploring Hoi An and surrounding areas. The rooms were clean, nice and well-equipped. Nice service. WiFi works well. The pool had clean and nice warm water, so the pool was a plus on a hot day. Bicycles offered for free – an opportunity to leisurely explore the area. Also close to a quiet and beautiful beach under palm trees (Cua Dai Beach), although due to the heat of 36 degrees Celsius, we went by motorbike.
