Rooms were very clean with nice aircon, photos are representative of what you get. Tam Coc town is about 15mins walk but free bikes and motorbikes to rent made getting into town easy whilst being out of the main hustle. Close scooter ride to many of the main attractions of the area; Bich Dong pagoda (10mins), Mua caves (15mins), Trang An boat tour (20mins) The owner was very nice and spoke good English - she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy at all times.

The owner is so lovely and warm and will always help you with anything you need. Generous breakfast portions that are tasty too. There is a pool for you to chill out at over the road, and a rooftop area where you can have some relaxing drinks overlooking the beautiful surrounds of Tam Coc. Rooms are large with comfy beds and have an affordable minibar.

The room was nice and spacious and felt very private. The bed was very comfortable. The host was helpful with booking tours, getting laundry done and helping us plan our time in Ninh Binh. They also serve dinner (only two meal options) which was very nice when we arrived late after a long bus trip. It is a little bit out of the main town but only 5-10 mins on the free bicycles. Very good value for money!

Lovely hotel tucked away from the crowds. The room was enormous and comfortable with a nice swimming pool. They had a laundry service and free bike rental and cheap motorcycle rental

The place is beautiful and has a very relaxing ambiance. We traveled to Vietnam for our honeymoon and they surprise us with a beautiful room decoration & fruits! They also offer breakfast and other meals, I would recommend to book your room with breakfast included because it’s totally worth it, and less expensive compared to eating out in other restaurants. My husband can’t have gluten so we swap the bread option for rice without any extra cost. They also rent motor bikes or you can use their bicycles for FREE! The bed is super comfortable & the room is exactly the same as the photo!!! Location wise, this place is close to everything! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and your hospitality is over 5 starts! ❤️

-owner is amazing (helped us with everything, transfer, rent a motorbike, advice what to see, laundry, called for taxi to get to the bus station). Felt very welcomed. -nice room where you feel the silence and in the same time it is very close from the city center (nice feel to wake up and hear the rooster, dogs, country life). The bike road to the nearby Bich Dong Pagoda and all the area is super scenic) -free bikes to go around -breakfast -laundry services available and happy with the service -can rent and get a motorbike directly at the property -good AC
